Terms & Conditions

Name & Location

The name of the Membership is “Asia Bankers Club”, headquartered in Hong Kong (referred to in these Rules as “the Membership”).

Object of the Membership

Asia Bankers Club is a prestigious influencer and networking platform that facilitates networking, investment opportunities, and exclusive engagements for high-net-worth individuals, executives, and industry leaders. Its objectives include:

  • Providing access to institutional-grade investment opportunities across Asia and global markets.
  • Hosting exclusive events, including Market Insight Series, Business Offsite Series, Leadership Exchange Series, and Lifestyle Event Series.
  • Fostering strategic connections among members through curated networking.
  • Offering luxury lifestyle privileges, including travel, retail, and hospitality benefits.

Membership Tiers & Eligibility

Full Members

  • Paid Membership: Requires an annual fee of USD 1,500, granting full access to Asia Bankers Club’s exclusive events, investment opportunities, and member privileges. 
  • Applicants must complete the official membership application form provided by Asia Bankers Club, with all personal particulars duly recorded.
  • Automatic Qualification: Individuals who commit to physical asset investments exceeding USD 2,500,000 through Asia Bankers Club automatically qualify as Full Members without paying the annual fee.
  • Benefits Include:
    • Full access to exclusive events.
    • Travel privileges, luxury retail access, and curated lifestyle experiences.
    • Direct engagement with institutional-grade investment opportunities.

Nominated Members

  • Invitation-Only: Reserved for top-tier executives, pioneering entrepreneurs, and industry leaders nominated by Asia Bankers Club or existing members. 
  • The name and particulars of every nominated member applying for membership shall be entered on a form provided by Asia Bankers Club.
  • No Annual Fee: Nominated Members are exempt from membership fees but must undergo a profile review for approval.
  • Profile Usage Consent: By accepting Nominated Membership, members grant Asia Bankers Club the right to display their profile picture, name, company, and professional title on the Asia Bankers Club website, marketing materials, and event promotions for networking and credibility purposes.
  • Benefits Include:
    • Two (2) curated speakership opportunities annually at Asia Bankers Club events for networking and exposure.
    • Full access to exclusive events.

Membership Approval & Termination

  • Asia Bankers Club reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

  • Members must comply with Asia Bankers Club’s code of conduct; violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for annual fees after membership activation.

Membership Renewals

  • All memberships expire after 12 months
  • Renewals are not automatic and require:
    • Submission of renewal application
    • Annual review and approval by Asia Bankers Club
    • Payment of applicable fees (for Full Members)
  • The Membership may decline renewal at its discretion

Events & Collaborations

  • Asia Bankers Club hosts events in collaboration with third-party partners. Members agree to adhere to event-specific rules and confidentiality agreements where applicable.

  • Event access is non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Asia Bankers Club.

Data Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Member information is kept confidential per Asia Bankers Club’s Privacy Policy.

  • Unauthorized sharing of member contacts or proprietary Asia Bankers Club content is prohibited.

Amendments

  • Asia Bankers Club may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued membership implies acceptance of revised terms.
