Kingston Lai is a seasoned financial professional and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience across the world’s leading investment banks. Born in Malaysia, he earned First Class Honours in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics in 1999 before building a distinguished career spanning London, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

His banking career took him through Schroders, Société Générale, and ultimately Morgan Stanley, where he served as Executive Director. At these institutions, he advised some of the world’s most sophisticated investors including sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and private banks on complex structured derivatives across fixed income, equities, foreign exchange, and commodities.

In 2012, Kingston took the bold decision to leave his banking career and pursue a vision: to build a platform where pioneers could connect and grow wealth together. That vision became Asia Bankers Club. Today, his deep financial expertise and global perspective continue to guide the organization’s strategy and growth.
