ASIA BANKERS CLUB EXPANDS REGIONAL PRESENCE TO SHANGHAI
The Investment Club opens its Alternative Investment Portfolio to Shanghai Bankers

SHANGHAI, 19 APRIL 2016 – Asia Bankers Club, a premium investment club for banking and finance executives, business owners, and their private guests, has expanded its regional presence by commencing operations in Shanghai. The company is a subsidiary of Luen Thai Enterprises, a publically-listed company founded in Hong Kong. The club has a membership base of 50,000 spread across Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, and Bangkok. Membership to the club is by invitation only and potential members must be nominated by an existing member for consideration.

The company was founded with a simple goal of curating a portfolio of valuable and distinctive physical asset investment products and providing this platform exclusively to an elite group of members. To date, Asia Bankers Club members have access to an array of investment products including International Properties, Citizenship Investments, Fine Wines, Vintage Whiskies, Art, Timepieces, Diamonds, and Classic Cars. The club’s modus operandi is simple – to gain a large database of quality investors and to use that as leverage to negotiate for exclusive and rare off-market investment deals.

In addition to offering members with options on asset diversification, the club also hosts a plethora of engaging and experiential luxury and lifestyle events to provide its members with the opportunity to network with each other and to access bespoke and exclusive occasions. Creative offerings such as Golf Tournaments in Da Nang, Vietnam, Cruise Excursions, Cultural & Language Immersions, Photography Workshops, Champagne Tastings, and the like are organized on a regular basis.

“The Asia Bankers Club comprises a network of like-minded individuals that are committed to quality investment projects and also the finer things in life. With our current expansion to Shanghai and eventually to other Chinese cities, we are extrapolating on our current business growth pattern to create economies of scale, which we believe will enable us to access a larger scope of investment assets,” comments Kingston Lai, Director of the Asia Bankers Club, on the company’s growth strategy.
